This Rogue One Viral Video Has All The Feels

If you thought a telecom ad created in honor of Star Wars: Rogue One could not make you feel feelings, well, prepare your tissues. Trust us, you’re going to need them.

Disney Southeast Asia and Filipino telecom Globe joned forces to create one of the best, viral heart-wrenching ads this side of 2016. What’s it about? Well, for starters, we see a little girl in a storm trooper helmet accompanied by her big brother on her way to school. It seems she just can’t get out of her helmet even for a second as she goes about her day gardening, playing, doing homework, bonking drinking glasses against it. Why?

Well, it wouldn’t be as amzing if we just went ahead and spoiled the whole thing for you, now would it?

Watch the video below. It’s just a couple of minutes and a few seconds long, but don’t say we didn’t warn you.

Seriously, get your tissues out. Now.

We’re not crying; you’re crying.

This ad went viral overnight, and it’s all for a good cause. This is part of Globe’s #Create campaign, and aims to promote and protect the rights of Filipino girls and women. It’s also a wonderful way to cast people with disabilities in a different, courageous light, one that is dearly needed in these times.

Good on you, Globe. The Force is strong with this one.
