The richest man in the world has many disconcerting tales, and when collated, the dark truth looms. Here, is what Jeff Bezos is truly like.

For one Jeff Bezos, is not interested in charity. In a 2018 interview, he said that the only way he can see to utilize his wealth is to spend it on Blue Origin, his space company.

Out of the four richest Americans (Bezos, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and Warren Buffett), Bezos is the most evasive about charity. He’s too the only one in the top five who has not signed the Giving Pledge — a commitment by the world’s wealthiest individuals to use the majority of their funds for good causes.

Bezos’ Day One Fund, which aims to devote $2 billion to education and homelessness, is spit still compared to the $41.3 billion that Bill Gates has given in charitable donations. Many, even question whether Bezos would even be so generous if he wasn’t under fierce scrutiny by the public.

Bezos continues to harshly insult his employees, too. Bezos has a habit of going ballistic when an employee doesn’t match up to his standards, says Brad Stone, author of The Everything Store.

The multi-billionaire has an arsenal of inflated and cruel insults he tends to upchuck at the ill-starred targets of his wrath with such fury that a blood vessel bulges on top of his bald head! Amazon vets have actually amassed a greatest hits list of Bezos’ effusions, which range from “I’m sorry, did I take my stupid pills today?” “Why are you wasting my life?” to labeling his prey inept or members of the “B-team.”

Basically, an Amazon employee could get ragged on for a plethora of reasons, ranging from merely not having all the correct answers on deck, internal politics, or “frailty in the heat of the battle.”
