One Wisconsin dad gave his teenage daughter a very special gift with a little help from the local police. Marc wanted to help cheer his 17-year-old daughter, Audra Daniloff, up after the hard year she had been having. He planned a very unique gift.
Audra had just spent 60 days in the hospital with a rare disease. Her dad thought she deserved a special gift, he had no idea his gift would go viral.
Marc asked the police in his hometown of Saukville, Wisc. to pull over his teenage daughter as she drove to school and give her a ticket. Two tickets, that is, two tickets to see her favorite band and an airline ticket to New York, where the concert would be held.
“Any father of a teen daughter will tell you, there’s a small window to amaze her, and I took advantage of it,” the father said. “I didn’t think I’d ever get to see the look on her face when she got the surprise, though.”
