Amanda Bynes Is Looking Like Her Old Self Again, And We Couldn’t Be Happier

Amanda Bynes

Amanda Bynes is back on Twitter, she looks normal, and she’s not acting crazy.

The former actress returned to her account earlier this month after her well-documented mental vacation from being Amanda Bynes a little over a year ago. She posted photos of herself and her parents at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise Debut Runway Show in Santa Monica:

Her fans seem more than pleased that she has recovered from her apparent meltdown. Her new photos picked up thousands of favorites and retweets, and many of her followers tweeted notes of encouragement for the recovering former actress.

Bynes also deleted all of her previous tweets and photos, many of which puzzled media outlets and fans for nearly a year.

The media loves to cover the meltdown, and SocialNewsDaily was no different. Though we theorized that the 27-year-old comic actress was likely Andy Kaufman-ing all of us with her bizarre antics, most publications alleged that her mental health was in question, an allegation that was apparently confirmed by her hospitalization in 2013.

During her treatment, Bynes’ Twitter account was all but abandoned. She returned on March 1 with a message to her fans:

She followed up on the 10th with a self-portrait. We’re not therapists by any stretch of the imagination, but the sketch seems to imply good things about the state of her mental health:

Glad to have you back, Amanda!
