A restaurant chain is under fire after footage uploaded to Facebook seemed to show a semi-naked worker taking a bath in one of their kitchen sinks.

The event which was reportedly recorded at Wendy’s Milton branch in Florida, exhibits a young man sporting a pair of shorts only climbing into an industrial-sized sink occupied nearly to the top with soapy water. In the video he is egged on by a minimum of three other people, all of whom are donning Wendy’s uniforms and chuckling. “Go, go, go, go, oh s**t,” one worker is heard saying in the footage. “Take a bath, take a bath. Get in there.” Once the young employee sits entirely in the sink, with water risen to his chest, he is queried how “it feels”. “It’s warm,” he answers.
“Wash your armpits, ooh yeah ooh,” instructs a voice behind the scenes. The bathing employee complies, prior to the voice telling him to show “them toes”. Then momentarily the camera frame flips to the face of a young, smirking woman, who appears to be cloaked in a Wendy’s uniform. The Facebook poster who shared the footage to the social media site explained it took place at Wendy’s in Milton, Florida. The parent company of Wendy’s Milton, Carlisle, informed news reporters they were investigating and the incident was “unacceptable.” “This was a prank by a person who no longer works at this restaurant, and who clearly did not use good judgment,” Mike Johnson, Carlisle’s marketing director told the news station. “We are taking this opportunity to reinforce our very strict quality procedures with our restaurant team.”
