Approximately 100 Facebook friends came together in October to post one million comments to a single Facebook post, setting an official Guinness record this week.
To post 1,001,619 comments the groups users were each required to post nearly 9,3000 comments on average.
The 1 million mark also shatters the previous record of 529,335 comments.
In one of the comments the poster wrote:
“I’m no spring chicken anymore and I really haven’t done anything phenomenal.”
I would say getting friends to post one million messages is pretty phenomenal. That is until someone posts 2 million.
