The funny thing about jeans is that they were actually made for blue collar or manual labor work, that’s why they’re so tough. That was more than two centuries ago, however. Today, they are purely made for the fleeting fashion sense of modern young people. Now, we have a new iteration for them and they come in the form of… jean panties! Because denim is life.
Granted, every new iteration of denim clothing is like the attention span of younger generations– it gets shorter every year. Still, its shortest form yet is the jean panties thanks to a high-end label brand called Y/Project. In the recent Paris Fashion Week, Y/Project revealed its coveted jean panties, which is pretty much self-explanatory. Here they are:
The lack of additional fabric is good especially when one wants to cut back the price of such items, but no, the jean panties will cost you $315 apiece. For some, that may be a high asking price for the opportunity to get chafed every step you take.
It is also worth noting that they are not meant to be underwear, but rather bottoms which you can wear under a skirt. In other instances, it can be used as an alternative to the already ample jean shorts in case you prefer a thigh gap burn instead of a jock itch. Oh, and they also have pockets in case you want to free your hands of that micro sim card you’ve been holding.
Goodness me, jeans have come a long short way since their inception, have they? What’re next, jean belts? Anyway, what do you think of the jean panties? Will you be wearing them come summer? Feel free to discuss in the comments.
