Google+ is expected to reach 400 million users by the end of 2012 and with that type of social reach many company’s are beginning to utilize the social network including top organizations in the air travel field.
During the Socialize event in Toronto the folks at Simplifying released an infographic which showcases 70 airline brand pages and reveals that 34% of those brands still have blank news feeds which means company’s are engaging but not with a full understanding of the network.

With Google+ largely seen as the future of Google Search SEO it will be interesting to see how many airlines learn to better engage with their fans through Google+ while building social media reach for search engines.
