If you don’t know what the Nae Nae is by now, then you have got to stop ignoring Black Twitter. It’s been the latest viral dance craze for almost a year now, and even the old bats at YouTube’s “Golden Sisters” channel know what’s up.

Atlanta-based teen dance crew We Are Toonz created the Nae Nae late last year, and while it can’t be said to have gone entirely mainstream yet, it’s definitely getting there. Enter the Golden Sisters, three older gals who are just mesmerized by the viral craze so much that they have to attempt it themselves.

And damn … those old bats can move.
