French Toast Crunch Is Back By Popular Demand

General Mills is bringing back French Toast Crunch.

USA Today reports that the popular cereal hasn’t been available in the United States since 2006. The company has received numerous requests over the years to bring the cereal back to store shelves and today they answered that call.

The news rocked the Twitterverse. Hashtags like #FrenchToastCrunchIsBack started trending almost immediately after General Mills’ announcement.

Waylon Good, a marketing manager at General Mills, said: “We have been overwhelmed by the consumer conversations, requests and passion for the cereal to come back.”

General Mills isn’t the only company resurrecting old products. In addition to a string of long=awaited sequels like Dumb and Dumber To, Crispy M&M’s and the drink Surge are also making a comeback.
