Now, you’d figure the process of launching a nuclear attack (via the ‘nuclear football‘) would be pretty specialized – but um, far from it!

No specialized knowledge is necessary to operate the ‘button,’ at least not since President Jimmy Carter, who felt the process needed to be simplified to provide the president enough time to make crucial decisions. Today’s football is, in fact, so simple to use that Smithsonian states one former military aide equated it to a “Denny’s breakfast menu.”

So, would you like your nemesis crispy or charred? How about a side of nuclear aftermath? So sleep easy, America, safe in the fact that launching a nuclear war is so easy even a 4-year-old could do it.

The president of the United States gets to kill you if he feels you’re a danger to national security. Typically he won’t murder you in person, however, he can order the CIA to do it … even if you’re an official American citizen!

In 2011, the U.S. assassinated Anwar Al-Awlaki, an Al-Qaeda leader and an American citizen. Al-Awlaki advocated that Muslims have a sacred duty to murder Americans, though critics are concerned that the assassination set a perilous precedent. With that said – you guys that like to poke fun at Trump via social media, well, due to this statute you might want to think thrice about continuing it!
