The Wezzoo weather app has finally made its way to Android. The application allows users to post updates about current weather conditions, rather than relying on doppler and other high-tech data acquisition methods.
The new Wezzoo for Android app pretty much mirrors its iOS predecessor. Users can post photos of current weather conditions, set temperature readings, and even choose a general weather indicator to explain conditions in their area.
The app has been called the weather equivalent of the Waze real-time traffic application.
Users take advantage of the mobile app by selecting general weather conditions and then adding a snapshot of the sky and the temperature in their area. The update can then be shared across a users social networks and each update ultimately becomes part of the overall weather forecast for the users location.
The application offers a sleek, social friendly user interface, that is both easy to use and rather fun for meteorologist wannabe’s to play along with.
You can download the app from the Google Play store and the Apple App Store.
