Gareth Bale is fast. He’s so fast that he may be able to challenge Usain Bolt, the fastest man on the planet, in a foot race. He’s so fast that some people have started calling him Usain Bale.
Usain Bale was born last night when the Real Madrid player sprinted down the sidelines to score an incredible goal against FC Barcelona. It was a pretty incredible play. A rumor started shortly after that Bale was clocked at 26.8 mph which is .3 mph faster than Usain Bolt’s 100 meter speed.
Now, the rumor is probably exaggerated. There’s no evidence out there that suggest that Bale actually hit 26.8 mph but we can all agree that he was moving pretty fast.
It was fast enough to earn the nickname Usain Bale. And with a good nickname, comes some cheesy photoshop.

Could Gareth Bale really beat Usain Bolt in a footrace? Well, don’t really know. But he certainly is deserving of the nickname Usain Bale.
