Tim McGraw Concert Slap Victim Lawyers Up, Slaps Back With Potential Lawsuit

Tim McGraw

The woman who was slapped in the head by Tim McGraw at his Atlanta concert earlier this month has hired a personal injury attorney, claiming she didn’t do anything Tim says she did. To watch the video click here.

The aggressive fan, Jesslyn Taylor, claims she was humiliated and wants an apology from the country star. The 47-year-old singer told police Taylor tried to grab his “junk” by ripping his jeans on purpose. Her Georgia based personal injury attorney, Eric Hertz, says the fan wasn’t doing anything but being enthusiastic in an “interactive environment.” The lawsuit has not been filed, but Hertz is waiting to hear back from McGraw’s team on the matter.

Cops told news sources that they side with Tim in this matter.

When McGraw opened up about the incident, it was clear he didn’t feel positive towards the slap:

“Sometimes things can lose context and perspective. I reacted in an instinctive, defensive way from my perspective of what was going on. I think it was an unfortunate situation I think all the way around. But it happened, it happened in a split second, it was pure instinctive reaction, I think you just got to move on. It is one of those things that happen, nobody feels good about it, but there’s nothing that could be done about it. You are in that position, you are out there, you are vulnerable, things happen and sometimes you react. There’s nothing to be said about it.”

Taylor may want an apology, but if she goes through with this lawsuit, it’s clear the one thing she does want is green and rhymes with Honey ($$$).
