The FBI claims at any given time there are between 25 to 50 active serial killers in the United States. So it’s best, to know which ones are still on the loose.

The Zodiac Killer is not only one of the most infamous serial killers of all time, he’s too one of the most ill-famed serial killers who was never apprehended. The sobriquet initially appeared in a note he sent to a local newspaper, which too consisted of a plethora of cryptograms that were meant to reveal his identity, giving they could be deciphered.
The Zodiac Killer’s MO: He targeted couples seated in parked cars. ‘ZK’ left a couple of witnesses and survivors who were capable of describing him, however it was not enough evidence to make an arrest.
Zodiac had a blast taunting law enforcement with letters outling his crimes, though only five murders can be conclusively attributed to him. He loved to allege there were numerous more, though — in one letter he penned “Me = 37, SFPD = 0.” A few suspects have surfaced, but no one knows certainly who the Zodiac Killer truly was or if he is STILL out there.

The ‘Flat Tire Murderer,’ too known as the ‘Tooth Fairy Killer,’ terrorized females in southern Florida for approx one year, between February 1975 and January 1976. He primarily posed as a good Samaritan, lending help to women with flat tires … which he had personally deflated while their vehicles were stationed in commercial parking lots.
Once he earned his victims’ trust, he murdered them with an assortment different weapons: hammer, guns, ice-picks, and other items. Some of the victims were beaten so badly that they stood unidentified decades after the slayer ended his harrowing spree.
Spookily, there were a number of similar murders from Massachusetts to California between 1971 and 1996, and no one can undoubtedly state if the Tooth Fairy Killer was responsible. Thereby, ladies just call Triple-A if you come out to a parking lot and you have a flat tire!
