Netflix For Android Completely Redesigned, Much Faster

Netflix For Android

Netflix for Android hasn’t always provided the greatest experience, but version 3.0 rolling out today looks to address major issues plaguing the app.

While the interface is still the same, it’s been completely redesigned, and now features a slide-out navigation bar which seems to be all the rage right now in mobile app design.

The search button is still on the top right, and an action bar has been added to the right of it, giving you quick access to settings or to sign out.

Speed appears to be drastically improved, and the lag when scrolling is virtually non-existent.

Playback has also received a performance boost, and for Chromecast users, playback controls have been redesigned as well.

Netflix 3.0 for Android has already started rolling out, but if you don’t feel like waiting, Android Police has the official APK.
