Mockingjay Deleted Scenes Leak On Internet, President Snow Threatens Peeta And Katniss' Terrible Makeover

Lionsgate sent fans of The Hunger Games on an adventure through the internet to search for a deleted scene from Mockingjay – Part 1 on Monday. Through a promoted with a binary code, rigorous HTML excavation, and the #UnlockMockingjay hashtag, Lionsgate was promoted this scene and it then it leaked on Tumblr.

The first Mockingjay – Part 1 deleted scene titled “I’m Not Asking” shows President Snow (Donald Sutherland) telling Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutchinson) why he needs to be the “voice of reason” for the Capitol. It is a very heavy scene and angered some fans for the choice to leave it out.

Even though keeping the scene from the movie made fans angry, it makes sense with the film and not letting Katniss know what happened or what was happening to Peeta at all throughout the film. Watch below.

Then ANOTHER Mockingjay – Part 1 deleted scene was released the following day by Lionsgate. This clip shows a Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence) getting a terrible makeover called “Face A Revolution.” Watch below.
