Los Angeles Hit By 4.4 Magnitude Earthquake

Los Angeles

Earthquakes are a part of daily life in California, but a 4.4 magnitude earthquake shook up Los Angeles residents a bit more than usual around 6:25 AM.

Originally a 4.7, it was downgraded by the U.S. Geological Survey, and was said to have been felt over a large area of Southern California.

Twitter users were quick to report the tremors, some more relaxed than others:

According to spokespeople from the Los Angeles Fire and Police department, there are no reports of damages or injuries.
