A viral video is making its rounds after its touching story hit the web. During Wrestlemania XXX, Connor Michelek had the chance to reunite with his wrestling hero, Daniel Bryan. Three weeks later the young boy died of pediatric brain cancer.
The WWE decided to honor the young fan with a touching tribute video that has racked up 962,000 views since being posted on YouTube since May 2, 2014.
According to WPXI in Pittsburgh, Daniel walked through the door while asking, “Where’s the Stone Crusher (a nickname Connor gave himself)?”
Connor turned to his favorite wrestler and with a big smile said, “That’s me.”
The little boy’s reaction led to tears among all of the adults in the room.
Connor actually met his favorite wrestler two years earlier, and they stayed in touch throughout his battle with cancer. During the Wrestlemania XXX event little Michelek also interacted with AJ Lee, Stephanie McMahon and he even took out Triple H with a single punch.
