Kevin Durant Donates $1 Million To Oklahoma Tornado Victims

Kevin Durant recently donated $1 million to aid the relief efforts in Moore, Oklahoma.

The city was absolutely devastated this week as tornadoes swept through the area. According to the Inquisitr, dozens of people were killed during the tornado, an elementary school was completely destroyed, and hundreds of people in the area are now homeless.

The Red Cross is currently working to provide food and shelter to people who have been affected by the storms. Durant took to Twitter to encourage people to donate to the Red Cross.

Of course, the Red Cross isn’t the only organization working to help victims of the Oklahoma tornadoes. People can also donate to the Salvation Army by calling 1-800-SAL-ARMY or texting “STORM” to 80888 to make a $10 donation.
