Google+ iOS App Expands To 48 New Countries And Territories

Google continues to work hard on expanding its social network internationally and now has introduced the Google+ iOS app to 48 new countries and territories. The app is available for download immediately in the Apple App Store in the following locations:

lbania, Anguilla, Barbados, Benin, Bermuda, Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cape Verde, Cayman Islands, Chad, Republic of Congo, Dominica, Fiji, Gambia, Grenada, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Kyrgyzstan, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Liberia, Macau, Malawi, Mauritania, Federated States of Micronesia, Mongolia, Montserrat, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Saint Lucia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, Suriname, Swaziland, São Tomé and Príncipe, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos, Ukraine, British Virgin Islands, Zimbabwe

The Google+ iOS app is also designed to work well on the iPad, bringing an incredibly rich user experience to the popular tablet. For users unsure about the app, out of over 34,000 reviews, it currently commands a rating of four out of five stars. Here is what a couple people have said about the Google+ iOS app:

We’re not so sure about not worrying about being hacked unless you have two factor authentication enabled which is also available for Facebook.

In October of 2012 Google+ attracted 105 million unique visitors, a 60.9 percent increase from a year prior.

More recently it was announced that the social network has now attracted 135 million active users.
