Instead of waxing poetic about the meaning of life from his deathbed, one redditor’s dying dad kept his priorities simple: Cute nurses, high-speed Internet, and better lungs.
The photo above was posted to reddit by user Galaga88, whose father was in the hospital facing his final days. Many hospitals use those whiteboards to catalog last wishes, but this old dude didn’t seem to want much aside from the simple pleasures before he shuffled off this mortal coil.
Under “Satisfaction to Me Means:” on the board, he listed: “1. Cute nurses, 2. High-speed Internet, and 3. Better lungs.”
It seems like he got most of those wishes, too. The OP reported that the Internet at the hospital “was way faster than at the hotel I was staying at during the ordeal,” and that his old man “did have a hot Latina nurse spoon-feeding him ice cream” for his last meal.
Alas, the only wish that didn’t come true was the one about “better lungs.” He died late this week.
