It is like all my greatest dreams AND nightmares becoming real at the same time. On one hand, I have a BRAND NEW Amazon distribution center in my city ten minutes from my house, which means the “coming soon” food delivery service that Amazon now promises to deliver, featuring ‘freshly made fast-food” delivered to us from some of our fave food joints will soon be accessible to me on Amazon’s website, and that has the fat-guy in me dancing.
On the other hand, I also see what making Denny’s, Chipotle, and Five Guys Burgers and Fries deliverable could potentially do to my, and many other’s, body’s (if I can still even call mine a “body”).
But for those more interested in the business side of this partnership and not the delicious side with fattening repercussions, here are some more details:

Online company Olo partnered up with the shipping giant Amazon to now make some of Olo’s 200 resteraunt client base available at your fingertips at Amazon’s website , via delivery. This fat-tastic news was just made available and we will keep you informed on this story as more details emerge.
What will be their secret to delivering fresh burgers and NOT having them show up soggy and nasty is my real question, and you know they already have that worked out but just aren’t telling us how, and you have to respect that kind of chutzpah.
Also, who cares and why question magic? That takes away some of the fun, when you learn how the proverbial trick is done. I am just glad 2017 has the technology to make getting fetter even EASIER for us as a collective whole!
We really ARE becoming the humans from the movie Wall-E. That film was a prophecy!
Well, at least I know what MY future looks like now, and it looks bleak and DELICIOUS!
