Cards Against Humanity Sold 30,000 Boxes Of Bull Poop

Earlier this month we confirmed that Cards Against Humanity really sold piles of bull poop to its customers. Well, now we know just how much the company sold.

According to Time Magazine, Cards Against Humanity sold 30,000 boxes of bull poop during its Black Friday sale.

So now we have to ask the question: Why? According to co-creator Max Temkin, the bull poop stunt was really just a way to hold an anti-Black Friday sale.

Temkin said: “We all really hate Black Friday, it’s just kind of a horrible day … It comes after this day where you’re supposed to be thankful for what you have, and then it’s just this whole huge media spectacle of people fighting each other to save $50 on a TV.”

You really can’t call this a prank, though. Cards Against Humanity were pretty straightforward with the sale. They clearly explained that each package contained a pile of bullsh*t. But since many people simply didn’t believe that they were actually going to get a box of poop in the mail, they purchased the package thinking that this was some clever promotion.

Nope, it was just bull sh*t.

Still, it may have been a good investment. Some people are trying to sell these special edition boxes of bull crap on ebay.

If you want to see some unboxing photos of this special bull sh*t holidy gift (you do, don’t you?) you can check them out here.
