‘Better Call Saul’ Gets A Tiny Trailer

Are you ready for Better Call Saul? Well, you’re going to have to wait a few more months. But you can check out a trailer (a very tiny trailer) below.

AMC had a Breaking Bad marathon over the weekend and the network decided to drop a little teaser of the spinoff. It’s only nine seconds long but it does give a good look at a younger Saul Goodman (older Bob Odenkirk.)

Goodman says: “Lawyers: we’re like health insurance. You hope you never need it, but man oh man, not having it? No, phew.”

The Breaking Bad spinoff takes place a few years before the Walter White era and tells the story of how Jimmy McGill becomes Saul Goodman. The show will have a few other characters from Breaking Bad but you shouldn’t expect to see much of Walter White or Jessie Pinkman.

According to the Telegraph, the show will primarily be set in 2002 but will also use non-linear storytelling and may jump forward occasionaly to some of the events of Breaking Bad. The show will also likely be set in Albuquerque. An official announcement hasn’t been made but a billboard showed up in the city earlier this summer for fictional lawyer jimmy McGill.

Better Call Saul will debut this February.
