Anyone who is raising a kid right now will know that the internet is both a friend and an enemy when it comes to child-rearing. While it can distract them with YouTube long enough for you to have at least five more minutes of whatever, you might be opening them up to digital dangers they can’t understand. Hence, five UK moms thought of an alternative: their own porn film for children.
Five mothers from the UK are aware that children do have access to porn one way or another. However, that’s not what worries them– it’s the fact that some of these pornographic material are downright vile and inappropriate, even for adults.
“If that was the first time I’d seen anything about sex I’d be petrified. I just thought all of a sudden that I was going to throw up. We need to show kids that there’s something else than this horrible sh*t we see on the internet. If my son treated a woman like that I would kick his arse to kingdom come.” says 40-year-old Sarah Nuttal in regards to the porn they have seen.
Some of what the hardcore porn film titles they watched had simulated rape. One of the other moms, Sarah Louise, even vomitted after seeing the rape-based porn. So, they all teamed up to make their own porn film, something they consider “safe” for children. The group worked closely with industry experts in order to write, cast, direct, and edit a 12-minute long porn film:
The said porn film is going to be premiered in UK’s Channel 4 TV show made specifically for the five moms called “Mums Make Porn.” With it, the moms aim to educate children about healthy attitudes to sex and relationships, basically, PG porn but presumably with less censorship.
Either way, children, particularly aged 11 and up are going to watch porn anyway. It’s worth noting that the moms who helped make the porn film will not star in them, but rather just help in the production… most likely. What do you think of the moms’ porn film?
