YouTube on Wednesday rolled out a new bulk actions tool. The new feature allows publishers to update multiple videos at one time.
Users can monetize their videos, add tags, change descriptions, change privacy settings, and change the licensing type, and more.
On the YouTube Creator blog Maxime Curioni, YouTube Software Engineer, writes:
“Bulk Actions allow you to make one or more updates to several (or all) videos at once. Just select the videos you want to edit, then select Actions > Advanced, and choose what you want to change.”
Changes can be made by way of the Video Manager where users can simply check which videos they want to edit and then follow Curioni’s advice.
For publishers attempting to follow trending tags and optimize their videos into the future this new feature should come in handy. Do you see the value in being able to bulk edit YouTube videos on the fly?
