Wow, Just Wow: Patients Treated After Using Sunblock on Eyes During Eclipse

What can we even say about this? Though there were very low numbers of people who hurt their eyes by staring at the sun during the eclipse Monday, one Nurse Practitioner brought up some very unique cases where people DID get hurt during the eclipse, but not like you think:

“One of my colleagues at moonlight here stated yesterday that they had patients presenting at their clinic that put sunscreen on their eyeball, and presented that they were having pain and they were referred to an ophthalmologist.”

Hell, even as the writer of this article, I am praying this is one of those “fake news stories” because no humans should be that stupid. Like, come on? REALLY?!! Is it weird I think those people deserve to suffer for their stupidity?

If it is, forget it, I didn’t just say that.
