Weird Al Yankovic released a tacky new video from his new album Mandatory Fun today.
The video, which spoofs Pharrell’s “Happy” song, features appearances from Jack Black, Aisha Tyler, Kristen Schaal, Eric Stonestreet, and Margaret Cho, It also features some hideous clothing and some great lyrics.
Weird Al sings: “Because I’m tacky. I get drunk at the bank and take off my shirt at least. Because I’m tacky, I’ll live tweet a funeral and take selfies with the deceased.”
“Tacky” is the first video in Weird Al’s #8videos8days project. Weird Al said that he would be releasing a new video every morning for the next week to promote his new album.
I’ll be premiering 8 brand new music videos – one every single day for 8 days – starting TOMORROW MORNING. (11 AM Eastern, 8 AM Pacific)
