No, this is not a spoof. This is a real commercial for Pine Brothers Throat Drops starring Waka Flocka Flame and a whole bunch of smoke.
Flame is a known marijuana aficionado and he doesn’t hide that fact in his new commercial. The rapper is surrounded by smoke as he pitches Pine Brothers Throat Drops.
Waka Flocka Flame says in the commercial: “What does Waka Flocka Flame do for minor sore throat relief. This here. Pine Brothers Throat Drops. Can’t live without my Pine Bros.”
They never actually show Waka Flocka Flame smoking in the new commercial but he’s basically surrounded by smoke the entire time. At one point, he even seems shocked that whatever it is that he’s holding is releasing so much smoke.
