Twitter Testing ‘Fave People’ Stream With Select Android Users

Twitter

Twitter has an alpha program to test new, potentially upcoming features, and today rolled out a “Fave People” timeline to Android alpha testers.

Just a quick swipe to the right of the “Home” stream, users can manage a stream of folks who they’ve selected as a favorite.

A star icon will now appear next to the follow button across the app, and when you select it, that person’s tweets will now show up in “Fave People.”

The addition is rolling out now to Android users signed up for Twitter’s alpha test program, and there’s a good chance it will soon make its way to the beta app.

While you could just create a Twitter list of your favorite people, this new feature does give you quick and easy access to those you most enjoy.
