BuzzFeed Blue has just released this pretty cool video demonstrating what your life looks like through the lens of a heat-detecting thermal camera.

Buzzfeed Blue certainly weren’t the first ones on the thermal camera bandwagon. Check out this very NSFW video from Route 94 featuring Jesse Glynne, for example.

Buzzfeed Blue’s video shows what the camera’s images look like in all sorts of different everyday situations: Frying an egg, exercising (before and after), and making out are just a few out of the activities that take place.
