Comedian and playright Jack Moore has landed a sweet gig writing for FOX’s Us Them thanks to his Twitter spoof account @SeinfeldToday.
On the spoof account Moore works with fellow comedian Josh Gondelman to create Seinfeld’esque messages to entertain fans.
The Seinfeld spoof account was founded in December 2012 and has since racked up more than 624,000 followers.
The writers new gig was first reported by THR when Gondelman admitted that his Twitter writing helped him name the job. The writer says of his gig:
“I was basically pitching storylines, which is a huge part of being on a writing staff. Here’s 500 that illustrated a skill set.”
Fox TV will debut Us Them during its midseason schedule.
