Sebastian Arcelus (Born November 5, 1976) is an American Actor. His grandmother was Princess Catherine Ioannovna, daughter of Russian Prince Ioann Konstantinovich.
Sebastian Arcelus Biography
In Broadway, regionally and globally he has made a career in theatre. He made his Broadway debut in Rent, playing the male ensemble roles as well as Mark and Roger, first as a swing, and then as Roger. He acted with Jan in the musical, Good Vibrations, the original cast of the Beach Boys.
From January 3 till October 3, 2006, he played Fiyero on Wicked’s first national tour. From January 9 to December 16, 2007, he then reprised the role of Fiyero in a Broadway production.

Arcelus originated Jake Brigance’s part in A Time to Kill’s stage production, premiering at the Arena Stage in Washington, D.C. The play, based on the same-name John Grisham’s book, ran from May 6 to June 19, 2011.
Arcelus starred in the second stage in the off-Broadway music production of The Blue Flower with Marc Kudisch and Teal Wicks in November 2011. Arcelus shot and helped produce the independent feature film The Last Day of August, scheduled for release on 31 August 2012, during the summer of 2011.
From January 10, 2008, until January 11, 2009, he starred as Bob Gaudio in Jersey Boys Broadway production. A musical that played off-broadway at the Lincoln Center Theater Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater for 14 weeks, beginning on 27 February 2009, before performing in Happiness.
He resumed Bob Gaudio’s role in Jersey Boys ‘ Broadway production on 14 July 2009 and finished the part on 10 October 2010.
