Instagram isn’t really a service that many people associate with action sports. But give a couple of Instagramers a few Red Bulls… Well, it’s actually a pretty cool way to make a video.
Red Bull enlisted the help of three of the “biggest Instagramers in the UK” to create a stop motion video of the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series along the Pembrokeshire coast in Wales.
@danrubin, @jeera and @chaiwalla spent three hours taking 21,489 photos at the competition to make the stop motion video.
Sure, it isn’t like one of Red Bull’s GoPro videos but the Instagram stop motion video is still pretty cool. I mean, look at those filters.
Red Bull has become an expert at social media over the years and this isn’t the company’s first Instagram hit. The company regularly posts photos and videos to Instagram, including this one of a Russian daredevil Valery Rosoz base jumping off of Mount Everest.
