The notorious Westboro Baptist Church continued on their remixing of popular songs with Panic! at the Disco’s “I Write Sins Not Tragedies” and created the parody “You Love Sin What A Tragedy.”
Let that sink in for a moment. On top of this terrible parody, WBC announced plans to picket Panic’s concert in Kansas City last weekend. Well lead singer Brendon Urie responded in the best way possible, pledging to donate $20 to the Human Rights Campaign for every WBC picketer that shows up.
Today @WBCSays is going to picket us. For every member of WBC that actually shows up we will donate $20 to @HRC #pride2014

A total of 13 picketers showed up, unless you count the myriad of angels, and WBC waisted no time letting Panic know they weren’t kidding, regardless of the donation. Panic thought a $260 donation was a bit weak and responded like this:
Thank you @WBCSays for the update on the total amount you donated to @HRC today. $20X13= weak. We're going to make it an even $1000.

They always say to round up. But that is certainly UP. But why stop there?
We will also be donating 5% of our total merch sales from this show to @HRC
