Morgan Freeman is known for many things, but most of all he is appreciated for his voice. A sound so angelic, calming, tranquilizing, and, well, you get the point. It is a specific noise you have heard at one point in your lifetime, whether you realized it or not.
Basically, all anyone has to say is “Morgan Freeman on helium” and your attention has shifted to only that. Probably why a 30 second video has 1.7 million views.
Just listening to the YouTube video does absolutely nothing. In fact, without noticing the small text in the right hand corner, one would have no idea what he was even talking about.
But does that matter? No. Morgan Freeman is inhaling helium. Watch for yourself and then imagine him in Shawshank Redemption using that voice.
