Sara Haider, technical lead and mobile engineer at Twitter announced Friday that she is planning to leave the social network to join Secret, the anonymous social startup that lets people share their secrets.
Haider worked at Twitter for four and a half years, she will take on the role of Android lead for Secret and will be responsible for launching the Android version of the anonymous social app. Secret is currently only available on iOS devices.
At Twitter Haider worked on launching the Android version of Vine, Twitter’s video app and also worked on the Android app for Twitter.
Twitter confirmed that alongside Haider, Vice President of Analytics and Business Intelligence Cayley Torgeson also has plans for leaving the company.
Torgeson built all of the tools Twitter uses to measure product performance and is in charge of Twitter’s internal analytics, so his leave is a big deal.
These departures are apart of a string of other employees who have left the company recently, more notably former Vice President of Product Michael Sippey.
