Michael Phelps announced that he would be seeking treatment shortly after he was arrested for his second DUI.
Phelps, the most decorated athlete in Olympic history, made the announcement this morning on Twitter. Phelps said that he needed some time to focus on himself and learn from his mistakes.

Phelps was pulled over last week in Baltimore for speeding. Officers suspected that Phelps was driving drunk and gave him a breathalyzer test. Phelps BAC was nearly twice the legal limit.
This is the second time that Michael Phelps has been arrested for a DUI. His previous arrest was in 2004 when he was 19.
