Mark Zuckerberg might be socially awkward but he’s open and accepting with his workers and that has made him the best CEO to work for according to his own employees.
The team at Glassdoor just released its annual list of highest-rated CEO’s and Zuckerberg received a 99 percent approval rating. That rating is a 14 percent increase over Zucks 2012 numbers.
Glassdoor compiles its list through the help of anonymous employee ratings of company CEOs.
According to one Facebook employee Mark Zuckerberg provides his team with, “An open community from Zuck on down. Mutual trust companywide and sense of community and drive, instilled by our CEO, who we all truly respect.”
Mark Zuckerberg was 4 percent ahead of Google’s Larry Page and 6 percent ahead of Amazon’s Jeff Bezos.
Here is Glassdoor’s Top 10 list of CEOs:
- Bill McDermott Jim Hagemann Snabe, SAP (99%)
- Dominic Barton, McKinsey Co. (97%)
