A California man is in hot water after uploading a Vine of a toddler taking a hit of a marijuana joint while people crack up laughing in the background.
Uploaded by user Niko Wavy, the video has since been deleted, but was also uploaded to another account by the name of ChiefSmokes (pictured above).
Early Friday morning, Reddit caught wind of the Vine, and user skidoorider21 sent a copy of the video to California’s Child Protective Services:
“After watching this I immediately downloaded the video, took screenshots and reported it to CPS in California as it is where the user is from. This is no environment for a child to be in. He needs a good parent not someone to hurt him or bring him down.”
However, the uploader in question took to his Twitter account, and claims the video was recorded by someone else:

That didn’t seem to help, and one woman allegedly reported him to the FBI:

It’s currently unclear exactly who recorded the video of the toddler smoking pot, but it’s safe to say Wavy will be having a nice chat with the authorities, and hopefully think twice before uploading another idiotic clip to Vine.
