Audio footage of Lorde singing Kings of Leon’s “Use Somebody” at the age of 12 was uploaded to YouTube in October of 2013 but has recently gained thousands of views and a Facebook top trend today. Funny how the internet works, huh?
Reminder, Lorde is only 17 years old and has won two Grammys and a debut album that went platinum-certified. On top of that, she is a large portion of the upcoming Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 soundtrack.
This footage has over 300,000 views and is steadily increasing, mostly because her talent is undeniable today, so at age 12? Yeah it is a huge hit. Listen to the video link above.
