Lil’ Kim took another shot at Nicki Minaj today with the release of her new track “Identity Theft.”
Kim talks about how other female rappers have been riding her coat tails for years but she singled out Nicki Minaj with some great artwork for the new song.

Kim doesn’t mention Minaj by name in the song but she does sing: “I gave birth to your style, watch how you speak to your mammie. Your team can’t fuck with my family. And I ain’t talking in term of revenue”.
This is the second time this week that Lil’ Kim has taken a swipe at Minaj. After Nicki declared herself the “queen of rap” on Beyonce’s “Flawless” remix, Kim released her own version of the song.
Kim sings: “Queen of rap? F–k outta here / Queen’s back, f–k outta here / Time to get this rap bitch up outta here.”
Lil’ Kim’s new song went viral and started trending on twitter. Most people seemed to enjoy the track, as well as the feud between Lil’ Kim and Nicki Minaj, but others felt like Kim is desperately trying to reclaim her fame.
