People tend to hear Cape Cod and associate it with Summer vacations and Plymouth and 1620 and all that crap, but the last thing they think of is a tundra (tundra by definition: In physical geography, tundra is a type of biome where the tree growth is hindered by low temperatures and short growing seasons), yet, we have a frozen ocean right now.
I can verify this seeing as to how I live 45 minutes from here (video was taken at Old Silver Beach in Falmouth, Massachusetts, which is, of course, on Cape Cod):
Man, this global warming thing seems serious, huh? Sorry but when you see a frozen ocean (ocean water cannot ‘usually’ freeze because of its high salt content), the last thing on your mind is that polar ice caps are melting somewhere else.
Hell, it looks like they are forming here so I guess it all balances out in the end.
