The Washington Post reports that the protesters, who were rallying against the grand jury’d decision to not indict officer Darren Wilson, shut down traffic in both directions on I-395.

The protest only lasted a short time. According to The Hill, the protest began shortly before 1 pm. Traffic was flowing as normal about an hour later.
