Facebook Page Administrators Can Now Upload Photos To Links

Social News Daily - Facebook Page Administrator Image Upload

Facebook is preparing to implement a new program for page administrators which allows them to add any photo they choose to the links they paste into their status update window.

In the past when a link was pasted into a pages status update the Facebook user had no choice but to use the websites featured photo or the photo picked up by Facebook meta tags. Users could also “X” out of the preview and just post a boring link with a written description for the post.

Under the new system users can choose the “upload image” icon (pictured above) and then add a different image into the mix.

Users can choose images that might not necessarily be in their articles but at the same time translate well to social network posts. Users can also add an engaging photo to articles that do not feature an article.

Will you be uploading new photos to your Facebook page posts?
