The Colbert Report finale featured a one of kind goodbye: a sing along. Where else will you see Bryan Cranston, Big Bird, Katie Couric, Bill Clinton, and so many more singing all together. Probably nowhere.

The cameos were endless and it is amazing to believe all of these people agreed to participate.
The Colbert Report has been one of Comedy Central’s top rating shows for the past 10 seasons. Host, Stephen Colbert, is leaving the show to take over for another late night talk show king, David Letterman. Letterman is set to host his last The Late Show in May, but it is unknown when Colbert will make his debut as the new host. While critics question whether Colbert can fill Letterman’s shows, CBS president and CEO, Les Moonves, has confidence in the comedian.
“Stephen Colbert is one of the most inventive and respected forces on television,” Moonves wrote in a statement. “David Letterman’s legacy and accomplishments are an incredible source of pride for all of us here, and today’s announcement speaks to our commitment of upholding what he established for CBS in late night.”
Only time will tell if Colbert can pull off a new late night gig. With the number of celebrity friends he has, it seems as if he will be just fine.
