The Blackhawks carried the Stanley Cup from bar to bar around Chicago last night but they also celebrated their amazing victory on Twitter.

Patrick Kane, who became just the fourth American born player to win the Conn Smythe Trophy, thanked all of the Blackhawks fans for their support throughout the season.

The Blackhawks trailed the Boston Bruins by a goal heading into the final minutes of Game 6. The Hawks somehow managed to put one in the net to tie the game and then, 17 seconds later, they added one more to capture Lord Stanley.

The Blackhawks also received some love from their fellow Chicago teams.

Of course, the celebration wasn’t confined to the city of Chicago. LeBron James, who recently won his second championship with the Miami Heat, congratulated the Blackhawks on their victory.

Scottie Pippen, who knows a few things about winning championships in Chicago, also send the Blackhawks some love.

So did President Obama, Joakim Noah, and pretty much everyone else with a Twitter account.
