She sang mostly Punjabi songs. She made her singing debut alongside Veet Baljit with Punjabi’s single song Akh Jatti Di.

Shipra was her school’s topper in the 12th standard examinations. She is from a Hindu family. The name of her father is Shubhash Goyal, and the name of her mother is Anju Goyal.
