Samuel L. Jackson Performs ‘Boy Meets World’ Poetry

Samuel L Jackson Boy Meets World Poetry

Actor Samuel L. Jackson appeared on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon last night and the results are hilarious. The famed actor performed poetry about the popular 1990’s hit TV series Boy Meets World.

There is something really natural about the Oscar nominated actor proclaiming, “Topanga, Topanga, Topanga, beats the heart of Corey, a story as old as time.”

Jimmy Fallon goes on to ask Samuel L. Jackson if he is a fan of the Boy Meets World series, to which he responds, “I don’t think I’ve ever seen one episode.”

We should expect to see a lot more reminiscing about the show as the spin-off series Girl Meets World prepares to air 21 episodes on the Disney Channel.

Here is the synopsis for the new TV show:

“A decade after “Boy Meets World,” Cory and Topanga Matthews are married and have two children. The younger child, a daughter named Riley, faces life lessons through her family, friends, and school, as her parents did when they were younger.”

Samuel L. Jackson may not be a fan of the original show, but there are millions of fans out there, including this author. I personally can’t wait to see Corey and Topanga grown up and raising a child of their very own.

Will you be tuning in to watch the Boy Meets World spin-off?
